When we first started our journey of Connecting to Wellness we were over weight, emotionally and physically drained and spiritually on pause. That is a rough place to be; you don't know where to start and you don't know up from down. One of the first things I needed to do for myself was to sleep, fall to sleep, stay asleep and wake up rested. In the search for a magic spell... I found a magic potion (yes, life is filled with magic, just look), essential oils might not be magic but they are natural, healing & therapeutic.
